This soup is very low calorie and tastes good.
1 package chopped spinach
1 to 2 cups of fancy frozen vegetables
1 cup of frozen corn
1 cup frozen peas - small sweet variety
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 packages chicken noodle soup - dry
6 eggs - beaten
Put 8 cups water into a large pot and bring it to a boil.
Add the frozen vegetables, corn and peas.
Bring to a boil again.
Add lemon juice and chicken noodle soup mixture
Boil for five minutes
While swirling the soup around, slowly pour in the beaten eggs.
Immediately turn off the heat.
Soup will be thick - can be eaten for lunch or afternoon snack.
