Alvin is an attractive, friendly jack with unusual chocolate brown colouring.  He was imported from Nova Scotia  to B.C. as a foal.  Alvin has been used as a breeding jack but we have kept him as a pet.  We paid $1500 but would be willing to sell him for $1000.  Jacks with this unusual chocolate brown coat normally sell in the $3,000 plus range.  We are wiling to let him go for $1000 only because we are reducing our livestock herd.
